He is deserving of the recognition and promotions in his professional life; beginning as an intern, reaching the role of Coordination of Contracts, and who is now currently in the entrepreneurial field, opening his own company and working with us as Coordinator of works of our buildings.

I met Mr. Leonardo Seixas while working with Sian Engenharia on a project for Bresco. He was the contract manager; his responsibilities included overseeing the executive projects and the project's final delivery. Our partnership in this project proved to be a relationship of trust and success, guided by his experience of more than 20 years in large construction projects.
This project occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Mr. Leonardo Seixas showed diligence in complying with all the prevention that made it possible to continue the project. As a result, the finished project received the LEED®SILVER certification, and it is by now the first enterprise of logistical warehouses/core & shell enterprise to achieve this certification level in Bahia.
Mr. Leonardo Seixas is a highly qualified professional who can make a difference in the realization of an excellent project with expected quality execution anywhere in the world.
